Joseph “Joe” Jacob Brown, 76, passed away January 27, 2021 in Fort Pierce, FL.
Joe was born on October 19, 1944 in Pocahontas, VA to Myrtle Dawson and William Brown.
He worked in the citrus business for most of his life and retired as a supervisor. In addition to working in citrus Joe enjoyed making things from wood carving to miniature cannons that operated! He was very mechanically inclined and could do just about anything that he set his mind to.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Janis S. Bee (Brown) of Fort Pierce, FL; Son, Craig Brown of Fort Pierce, FL; Stepdaughters, Mistie Ellison Murphy and Malina Bee both of Fort Pierce, FL; Grandchildren, Dillon, Logan, and Michael; Sister, Shirley “Midge” (Richard) Hood of Fort Pierce, FL; Sister-In-Law, Peggy Brown of Okeechobee, FL; many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his brothers, Billy Brown, Frank Brown, and Cecil Brown; sisters, Myrt Brown and Joyce Brown and his parents, William, and Myrtle.
Joe will be missed dearly and remembered by all for his witty personality.
