Jose was born in Arroyo, Puerto Rico on September 28, 1952 to Jose Natal Pando and Emilia Rivera. He married to Katherine Condrit on November 30, 1991. Jose was an officer with the Puerto Rico Police Department before moving to Florida.
He was a mechanic and had a passion for race cars. He was loved by everyone and will be truly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include wife, Katherine Condrit; sister, Ileana Natal; daughters, Teresa and Millie; nephew and niece, Edgardo and Ileana; granddaughters, Danllel, Vicky, and Mereycha. He was predeceased by his father, Jose M. Natal Sr; mother, Emilia M. Rivera; son, Jose M. Natal Jr; sister, Maria de los Angeles Natal.
