Joe D. Westmoreland, 66, of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away on November 11, 2021 at his home with his family.
Joe was born March 29, 1955 in Marietta, Georgia to Max Westmoreland and Rose Pendley. Joe attended college and was an avid University of Georgia Bulldogs fan. Joe loved fishing, boating, cooking, and golfing. He also enjoyed spending time with his beloved Newfie, Stanley.
Survivors include; mother, Rose (Pendley) Westmoreland of Powder Springs, GA; brother, Van Westmoreland of Sandy Springs, GA; wife, Justine Westmoreland of Port St. Lucie, FL; son, Alec Westmoreland of Port St. Lucie, FL; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in passing by his father, Max Westmoreland.
Family will hold services at a later date in Georgia.
