Joann Rapisardi Kugell, 70 of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away on March 17, 2021.
Joann was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Florida in 1989. She worked as a teacher at LaPetite academy in Port Saint Lucie for 30 years. Joann was the proud mother of five children and six grandchildren. She spent her life caring for others.
Joann was preceded in death by her mother June Woessner, her first husband Ronald Rapisardi, second husband Henry Kugell, her brother Frank Woessner and her son Nicholas Rapisardi. She is survived by her children Patricia Rapisardi, Ricky Rapisardi, Katrina Boyd and Timothy Rapisardi. Survivors also include her sister Karen, and several brothers.
