J.V. Paul Dallaire

September 7, 1934 - March 7, 2005

J.V. Paul Dallaire J.V. Paul Dallaire, 70, died March 7, 2005 in Ft. Pierce at his residence. Mr. Dallaire was born in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1975 from Pontiac, Michigan. He worked for Ft. Pierce Utilities Authority as a Drafting Technician for 15 years, also worked for General Motors, Pontiac Motor Division, for 10 years as a Die Maker. He was a graduate of Rochester High School, Michigan (Class of 54), excelling in track and broke many records. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting and western movies, and was an avid ice hockey fan. Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Nancy Dallaire of Ft. Pierce; daughters, Lisa Kommer of Vero Beach, Aimee Culley and Rachel Dallaire of Ft. Pierce; sons, Gregg Dallaire of Jacksonville, Joey Dallaire and Mark Dallaire both of Ft. Pierce; sisters, Claire Bozzer of Seattle, WA and Vivian Rumsby of Vero Beach; granddaughters, Karen Kommer of Vero Beach, and Faith Culley of Ft. Pierce; grandsons, Joseph Ward, Jordan Culley and Joshua Culley of Ft. Pierce. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1401 21st Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, or to Hospice of the Treasure Coast, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, March 11, 2005 from 4-7 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 5:00 p.m. at Haisley Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Burial will be held on Monday, March 14th at 10:00 a.m. with Navy Honor Guard at White City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
