It is with heavy hearts the family of Israel Holzworth announces his death on March 1st, 2021 in Florida.
Israel was raised in Avon Lake, Ohio and attended Bay Village Montessori, St. Joseph's, and Avon Lake High School.
Israel leaves to grieve his daughter, Jordyn Ashley; his son, Asher Lorenzo both of Florida; his mother, Lori Millard; two sisters, Marissa and Zoe Elise all of Ohio; cousins, aunts, and uncles in Texas, North Carolina, and Ohio; and also extended family in Michigan.
Israel was preceded in death by grandparents, Lawrence and Beverly Holzworth, and Evelyn Ortiz.
