Survivors include his daughters, Kim Coleman and Tracy Davis, and Tammy Spires all of Fort Pierce, FL, and Tammy Mickels of Middlefield, OH; sons, Tim Slater of Vero Beach, FL and Richard Moxley of Palm City, FL; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Slater.
