Mr. Palmer was born in Springfield, Illinois and lived in Fort Pierce, Florida.
He was a lifelong electrician who loved Pit bulls, shooting pool and fishing.
Survivors include his sister, Dicy Hall and family of Australia; brother, Dan Pine of Fort Pierce, FL; nephew, John Rouleau of Fort Pierce, FL; niece-in-law, Tiffany Rouleau; nephew, Donnie (Jenna) Sievers and their children, Elijah and Naomi; nephew, Peter Sievers and his son, Shiloh; nephew, Colby Sweitzer; great-nieces, Kelsey Rouleau & Gracelyn Rouleau; and great-nephew, Austin Rouleau. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Myna Palmer and sister, Rebecca Palmer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 3:00-4:00 PM with a service to follow at 4:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
