Mrs. Cosgrave was born in New York, New York and moved to Fort Pierce in 1993 coming from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
She enjoyed the beach.
Survivors include her sons, Geffrey Cosgrave of Vero Beach, FL and Greggory Cosgrave of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, Robert Hillbert of Long Island, NY; sister, Eleanor Miller of Bradenton, FL; and 4 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Cosgrave.
