Elizabeth Ann Weber

July 17, 1929 — December 15, 2019

Elizabeth A. “Betty” Weber, loving mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2019 in Stuart, Florida.

Betty was born in Youngstown, Ohio and moved to Port St. Lucie, FL in 1983 coming from Clarence, New York.

She was a member and a Eucharistic Minister with Saint Lucie Catholic Church as well as part of their groups with visiting the home-bound and bereavement support group. She was a former board member of Treasure Coast Hospice for 20 years and continued to volunteer for many more years.

She was devoted to her family and always wanted the best. She was especially caring to her grandchildren and they were the light of her life.

Survivors include her sons, Donald and wife Joyce Steele, Raymond and wife Sandy Steele; daughter, Mary Beth and husband Greg Bender; grandchildren, Jereme Steele and wife Rachael, Ryan Steele and wife Jenn, Christine Steele, Suzanne Gentilhomme and husband Alex; 4 great-grandchildren; several loving nieces and nephews: caregiver and special friend Minnie King.

She was preceded in death by her husband’s Donald Steele, Marvin Kuhn, and William Weber and sister Marie Durig.

Services: A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 7, 2020 from 9am-11am at Haisley Tribute Center followed with a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM at St Lucie Catholic Church. Burial will take place at a later date.
