Donna R Ehler

Donna “Gramme” Ehler, age 75, of Barefoot Bay, Fl passed away on February 18, 2020. Donna was born December 3, 1944 in Naugatuck, Connecticut to the late Herbert and Phoebe Jensen.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Captain Ed Ehler as well as her beloved daughter Sandra Thibault and her siblings Joan Michaud, Herbert Jensen “Sonny”, Marliyn Jensen and Stanley Jensen.
She was a loving Mom to Richard (wife Maureen) Sabia, Nanci DiCarlantonio, Brett ( wife Elizabeth) Kasenetz, Vaughn (wife Norma) LaVigne, Vicki Savage and Larry LaVigne.
She was a treasured Grandmother, Great Grandmother as well as Aunt to many.
Donna knew everybody. She always made a point to know your name. She had several businesses including a Mr. Donut, a ReMax Real Estate Broker/Agent, and also a Shaklee Coordinator. Donna also made and sold pottery. She was passionate about her dogs. She loved learning and was very tech savvy.
Donna was an overcomer and was a member of AA for 45 years. She suffered a debilitating stroke in 1998 and spent the rest of her life in a motorized wheelchair. She was recently working towards her Bachelor Degree in Computer Design. Donna made friends wherever she went.
She loved deeply and will be missed by many.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Sebastian Church on March 3rd at 11 AM
