Mr. Bowman was born in La Porte, Indiana and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Dennis was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and a member of the Community Methodist Church, Fort Pierce. He liked golfing and was always on a bowling league.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Bowman; daughter, Diane Jezukevich of Edgewater, FL; sons, Carl Debus of Fort Pierce, FL, Peter Debus of Fort Pierce, FL and Sumner Bowman of Fort Pierce, FL; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Donald and Lynn Bowman and parents.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Community United Methodist Church, 3114 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34947.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
