Darlene Pollos, 83, born August 14, 1939 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, was called home to be with our Lord and Father on August 26, 2022.
A mother, grandmother, a friend to all; Darlene dedicated her life to her family. She was a feisty, vibrant soul who was always willing to jump in and help anyone in need. Darlene loved to shop and always found the best deals. She handed her wisdom down throughout her family, sharing tales of her generation. She is deeply missed.
She is survived by her son, John Mays and his wife Erin, of High Springs, FL; brothers Duane Faulkner of Fort Wayne, IN and Erin Faulkner of Crawfordsville, IN; sister, Renee Hyatt of Warsaw, IN, her many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson are left to mourn her with heavy hearts. She joins her husbands, John Mays and Rick Pollos; daughters, Marsha Mays and Vicki Terhaar; and sister, Vicki Mays in heaven.
In lieu of flowers, Darlene’s family ask for donations to assist with her final expenses at her Go Fund Me, https://gofund.me/df1ad6b5 . They are grateful for any assistance during this difficult time.
