Claudia Jean (Davis) Schneider

Claudia Jean (Davis) Schneider, 81, died January 20, 2022 in Hobe Sound, Florida.

Mrs. Schneider was born on February 21, 1940 in Atlantic City, New Jersey to Claude & Lillian Davis.

Claudia graduated from Dan McCarty High School. She was a former employee of The Miami Herald and marketing director for Uniforms by Butterfields. She was also a Weight Watchers coach, White City Improvement Club member and member of the Fort Pierce Historical Society. She enjoyed gardening, camping, yard saling, and being an active grandmother and great-grandmother. She was affectionately referred to as “Mimi”.

Survivors include her sons, Michael Schneider of Fort Pierce, FL, Mark (Leslie) Schneider of Fort Pierce, FL, Matthew C. Schneider of Fort Pierce, FL; grandchildren, Kaitlin & Phil Goedeke of Fort Pierce, FL, Mikayla Schneider of Fort Pierce, FL, Michael P. Schneider of Fort Pierce, FL, Nathan Schneider of Fort Pierce, FL, Gunnar Schneider of Fort Pierce, FL, Kate Schneider of Fort Pierce, FL; great-grandchildren, Trey & Jacob Goedeke of Fort Pierce, FL; siblings, Robert and Roberta Davis of Fort Pierce, FL, Edward and Rhoda Davis of Greenfield, IN, and Jeffrey Davis of Newport, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew P. Schneider and parents, Claude Davis and Lillian Korpi Davis.

Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM with a service to follow at 12:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
