Art Gust Russakis

Art Gust Russakis, 83, died February 4, 2019 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Mr. Russakis was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.

Art was in the grove business for 40 years then went into the trucking business for 30 years and owned a truck repair shop. He enjoyed tinkering & piddling, flea markets, burning trash and working on trucks. He loved westerns, old country music, and hunting & fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Russakis of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, Jimmy Russakis of Fort Pierce, FL; children, Gust Russakis, Christ Russakis, Despina Hopkins, Loural Flynt and Tiffany Rooks; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Gust Russakis, mother, Stomatia Russakis and brother, Nick Russakis.

Services: Visitation will be held on Monday, February 11, 2019 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A graveside service will follow at 1:00pm at Riverview Memorial Park, Fort Pierce.
