Andrew Charles Wright, 89, died December 6, 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida.

He was born in Detroit, Michigan and resided in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Andrew ministered at four different nursing homes weekly for 10 years. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army served in the Korean war. In his travels with his family over the years he visited 48 out of 50 U.S. States, and 13 different Foreign Countries. He loved going on cruises and had been on over 30 Cruises, mostly to the Caribbean. His passion was oil painting, he had done over 60 paintings until his body would not let him paint anymore.

Survivors include his wife Betty of 64 years, Betty of Port St. Lucie, FL; Children, Diana (Mark) Bergler of Adrian, MI, Cindy Wright (Trish Riordan) of Jupiter, FL, Son David Wright of Milan, MI, and Brenda (Carl) Fleming of Jacksonville, FL; Sister, Rosalie (Everett) Miller of St. Petersburg, FL, Brother Jim Wright of Sterling Heights MI; Grandchildren, Ryan (Theresa) Bergler, Brandon Bergler (Caio Menegao), and Katlyn (Dylan) Goodell; 8 Great-grandchildren with one on the way. Andrew was Preceded in death by his father Charles and mother Cecelia.

Services: Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 10:00-11:00 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, FL. Burial will take place on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City, FL.
