Alfred J. Valente, 87, died May 24, 2020 in Vero Beach, Florida.
Mr. Valente was born in New York, New York and moved to Fort Pierce in 2004.
Alfred was employed with the city of New York for 30 years. He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Spanish Lakes Bridge Club and an Alumni with the Boys Club in New York City.
Survivors include his son, Joseph Valente of Vero Beach, FL; daughter, Susan Marino of Harrison, NY; sister, Anita Mule of Bronx, NY; grandchildren, Richie, Joey and Elizabeth Marino.

Services: Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 from 5-7 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 29, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. John of the Cross, 7550 26th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32966.
