FREDERICK A. OSTEN
Frederick A. Osten, 91, died February 5, 2010, in Vero Beach, Florida.
Fred was born in Newark, New Jersey and was a resident of St. Lucie County since 1991, coming from Melbourne, Florida and Livingston, New Jersey.
He was an Executive for The Liquidation Bureau of New York State Insurance Department, a veteran of WWII, attended Rutgers University and was a member of St. Peter Ministry Center.
Memorial contributions may be made in Fred’s memory to St. Peter Ministry Center, 2900 South Jenkins Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 34981.
Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Doris Osten of Port St. Lucie, FL; son, David Osten of Columbia, NC; stepdaughter, Sandra Rook of Port St. Lucie, FL; and 3 grandchildren.
There will be a Service held at St. Peter Ministry Center on Saturday, February 13th at 11:00 A.M. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
