William F. Garrett, Jr., 74, died November 17, 2014 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Garrett was born in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and moved to Fort Pierce in 1981 coming from Fort Myers, Florida.
He was retired from FPL after 25 years and was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy 1957-1960. He enjoyed boating, traveling and loved Hawaii and was a very social guy.
Survivors include his sons, Michael Ryan Garrett of Vero Beach, FL, Scott Allen Garrett of Tomah, WI, Richard Patrick Garrett of Vero Beach, FL and Kenneth Roy Garrett of Paradise, CA; sister, Eileen Garrett Seats of Cape Coral, FL; and 10 grandchildren.
Services: A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2014 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the American Legion Hall Post 39, Vero Beach, FL.
