Mr. Hinkle was born in Norwood, OH and moved to Fort Pierce, FL in 1990 coming from Middletown, OH.
Bill was a barber. He served in the Army Air Corp. & was a proud Veteran. He was in the D.A.V. Chapter 131 in Middletown, OH and was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
He is survived by his son, Kevin William (Kathy) Hinkle of Fort Pierce, FL; step-son, Larry D. Quillen of Franklin, OH; step-daughter, Phyllis D. Charles of West Palm Beach, FL; 8 grandchildren, including Jason and Jared Hinkle; 4 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his 1st wife, Bernice Hinkle; wife, Alma Lena Quillen Hinkle; step-son, Sonny Quillen; sisters, Wanda Kramer, Charlene Schultz, Shirley Schiering, Alice Jewell, Mable England and Janet Scholl.
