Velma Delgado Cisneros

Mrs. Velma Delgado Cisneros, of Traverse City, MI, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at the age of 40.


Velma was born to parents, Lydia Chapa and David Delgado, Sr. on September 17, 1976 in Stuart, FL. She grew up as the middle of three children and attended Okeechobee High School. On June 28, 1993, she married Armando Cisneros; the couple had three beautiful daughters.


Velma will be remembered for her strong connection to her faith and her zest for life. Her smile and laughter were contagious and always lifted others up. She was a devoted mother and a loyal friend. Her life's legacy will be continued in the kindness and generosity she inspired in others.


Velma is survived by her husband, Armando Cisneros; her daughters Amanda Cisneros, Jalyna Cisneros, and Sabryna Cisneros; her sister, Lisa Serrano; her brother, David Delgado Jr.; her mother, Lydia Chapa; and her father, David Delgado, Sr.


A Celebration of her life will be held on July 13, 2017 from 4PM to 5PM with a service to start at 5PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
