Sixta Feliciano Ziegler

Sixta Feliciano Ziegler, 94, passed away on May 4, 2018 in Vero Beach, Florida.

She was born in Las Marias, Puerto Rico and moved to Fort Pierce, Florida in 1979 coming from New Jersey. Sixta was a member of the Knights of Columbus #3416 Indian River Council.

She is survived by her son, Heriberto Valentine and his wife Maria of Allentown, PA; a daughter, Sylvia J. Ziegler Kahn and her husband James of Sebastian, FL; sister, Gloria Lein of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, Louis Feliciano of Cape May, NJ; grandchildren, Dana Valentine of Catskill, NY, Christa Pettinato of Point Pleasant, NJ and Eddie Valentine of Wall Township, NJ, eight great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Nina Valentine of Wall Township, NJ; and 2 nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, William C. Ziegler; son, Edwin C. Valentine of Fort Lauderdale and a sister, Mary Morales of Fort Pierce.

Services: Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, Florida. The service will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 11:00am at St. Helen’s Catholic Church, Vero Beach, Florida. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
