Mrs. Soop was born in Holland and moved to Fort Pierce 52 years ago coming from New Jersey.
She was a homemaker and loved to crochet.
Survivors include her son, J.R. (Dee) Soop of Fort Pierce, FL; daughters, Ruth (Bob) Humphreys of Ponte Verda, FL and Joan Darling of Schroon Lake, NY; 8 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Soop.
