Mary A. Paine, age 92, passed away on March 24, 2015 at Abbiejean Russell Care Center in Fort Pierce, FL. Mary was born in Providence, RI and moved to Fort Pierce with her daughter, Elizabeth A. Brousseau in 1999. She was predeceased by her husband, Franklin A. Paine in 1986.
Survivors include, in addition to her daughter, her son, William A. Paine, of Rumford, RI, two grandchildren, Susan A. Paine of Vero Beach, FL and Patricia L. Brogan, of Somerset, MA. She also leaves a daughter-in-law, Gail P. Horney, of Fort Pierce, FL and a great-granddaughter, Ali Paine of Beverly Hills, FL.
Per Mary’s wishes, there will be no services. The family would like to thank Treasure Coast Hospice for their excellent care of Mary during her last few days. Anyone wishing to remember Mary may send a donation to Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34981. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
