Marion McGinnis Sizemore, 81, died September 6, 2013, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Marion was born in Northfork, West Virginia and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 1957.
He was a US Army Veteran, Korea (1951-1953), owner, operator and president of Truck & Trailer Service, Ft. Pierce and Trail Truck Center, West Palm Beach (1970-2005), was elected to Thermo-King Corporate Dealer Hall of Fame (1997), was a member of Florida Trucking Association, member and president of Thermo-King National Advisory Council, a member of the Advisory Boards for Rockwell International, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo/White and Westinghouse and served in Dealer Advisory Council area and national chairmanship positions for six years for Thermo-King. He also held several patents.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Ruth Madeline Sizemore; daughter, Marion Ruth Bish (George) of Concord, NC; grandchildren, Michael Heinrich and Phillip Heinrich (Jill) both of Concord, NC, Kristine Heinrich of Charlotte, NC, Salena Smith-Storey of Palm City, FL, Lisa Brantley (Lee) of Fort Pierce, FL, Callie Walker of Gainesville, FL and Stuart Sizemore of Fort Pierce, FL; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Margie Lloyd (Cliff) of Fort Pierce, FL, Ann McDonald of Valdosta, GA, Thelma Dennison (Paul) of Fort Pierce, FL, Hazel Sizemore of Bluefield, WV and Daisy Welch of Manasses, VA; brothers, Tommy Sizemore and Harold Sizemore both of Herndon Heights, WV. He is preceded in death by his son, Stuart McGinnis Sizemore, six brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 8th from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
