Mrs. Kolpak was born in Buffalo, New York and moved to Fort Pierce in 2001 coming from New Milford, New Jersey.
Survivors include her husband, Milan Kolpak of Fort Pierce, FL and daughter, Debbie M. Kolpak of Madison, TN.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 2300 Centrepark West Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33409.
Services: Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 9:30-10:30 AM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM at St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Burial will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Buffalo, New York.
