Jeffery is survived by his wife of 31 years, Tammy; son, Thomas (Jacqueline); parents, Lonnie and Elsie; brothers, Randy and Craig (Pat); and granddaughter, Charlotte. He is preceded in death by his sister, Teresa Petty.
