Elaine B. Kavakos, 83, died March 17, 2015 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Ms. Kavakos was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida in 2014 coming from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
She was a member of the New York State Court Reporting Association, a Concert Pianist and a Blue Ribbon Cheese Cake Baker. Ms. Kavakos retired from the New York State Supreme Court as a Supreme Court Reporter.
Survivors include daughter, Mary (Ralph) Waag of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; son, Stephen (Lynn) Boyd of Houston, Texas and grandchildren, Danielle, Lucy Michael and Stephanie.
Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral Home and Cremations Services. A Visitation will be held at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port Saint Lucie, Florida on March 21, 2015 from 11 AM to 1 PM, with a Memorial Service to follow at 1 PM.
