Doreen E. Whalen died on March 20th, age 87 of Fort Pierce, FL formerly of Winthrop, MA. Beloved wife of the late Thomas E. Whalen. Devoted mother of Thomas Whalen (Louise Murphy), Nancy Grimm (William Benker), Susan Gillis, Doreen Cerra, Jacqueline Whalen (Steve Niad). Cherished niece of Pearl Perrine. Sister of Natalie Flynn and Penny Ryan. Loving "Nana" to 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews. Celebration of life to follow at a later date.
