She worked in the restaurant industry as owner/operator of Orange Avenue Luncheonette. She attended Fairlawn Baptist Church. She loved her children & grandchildren.
Survivors include her sons, Gerard Reed of Virginia Beach, Jeff Reed of Virginia Beach; daughter, Robyn Ribakoff of Jupiter, FL; 7 grandchildren and many great- grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Wes Gillen and son, Kenny Reed.
