Brenda Kay Vaughn

Brenda Kay Lambert Vaughn, 56 years old, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at 5:55 PM at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Florida.
Brenda was born in Welch, West Virginia and moved with her family as a young girl in 1971. She graduated from Fort Pierce Central High School with the Class of 1978. She continued her education at the Art of Institution of Fort Lauderdale; later in her life she went back to school and received her degree in accounting.
Brenda and Richard had their own business for 10 years. She did all the bookkeeping for Groundwave Trucking.
Brenda loved life and her family. She was an artist, she would decorate cakes to making jewelry and flower arrangements. Brenda was able to show her talent working at Michael’s Crafts from 2007-2009. Brenda was certified by Wilton’s to teach cake decorating. She also loved the beach and big dinners with family.
Survivors include her husband of 22 years, Richard A. Vaughn of Fort Pierce, FL; sister, Paula Lambert Burnell of Fort Pierce, FL; father, Paul Edward Lambert of Fort Pierce, FL; grandmother, Elise Ferguson of Fort Pierce, FL; nieces, Mandy Futch and Sarah Futch McGlynn and great-nephew, Nathan Burnell.
