Barbara A. Mangan

Barbara A. Mangan (Nana) 83, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness, surrounded by her loving family on June 25, 2015 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Mrs. Mangan was born in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Fort Pierce, FL in 1985 from Dedham, Massachusetts.

Survivors include her daughter, Kay and husband Chris Cobb of Franklin, MA; son, Mike of Fort Pierce, Florida; daughter-in-law, Kathy Mangan of Cornelius, NC; brother, William Lane of Wakefield, MA; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and William P. Lane formerly of Dedham, MA., husband John W. Mangan Jr., her oldest son, John W. Mangan III, sister, Jane, daughter-in-law, Holly Mangan and grandson, Thomas Mangan.

Prior to raising her family, for which she was highly devoted, Barbara worked as a secretary in Boston. In her later years, bingo was a favorite pastime.
